Breeder and entrepreneur involved in the cannabis industry since 1994. Paradise Seeds holds one of the most important cannabis seed banks in the world, winning dozens of industry awards. Paradise genetics have been selected by licensed producers since 2013, and medicines grown from its genetics are available in Canada, Germany and Australia, among others.

Marcelo has 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship in various agro industries. His expertise includes precision agriculture, plant biotechnology, strategic planning, and business planning. Founder of Pharmacielo, a leading cannabis producer in Colombia, where he led various teams and played a key role in developing and implementing initiatives.
